1. How much does corporate event photography or videography cost in Tbilisi?
Every event has a different schedule, crew size and delivery requirement, so we prepare a custom quote instead of forcing your event into a fixed package. Send us the date, venue, coverage hours and required deliverables. We will confirm availability and recommend the most efficient setup for your brief.
2. Can you deliver photographs on the same day?
Yes. A priority selection of edited images for press releases and social media can be delivered during or shortly after the event when agreed in advance. Tell us the exact deadline and approximate number of images you need so we can assign the right workflow.
3. Do you provide photography and video at the same event?
Yes. You can book photography, videography or a combined team. We also provide multi-camera recording, professional audio, highlight films, full-session videos and vertical social reels.
4. How quickly will we receive the final content?
Final edited photographs are normally delivered within 3–5 days. Video turnaround depends on the number and length of the edits. Every deliverable and deadline will be listed in your proposal before booking.
5. Can you cover multi-day conferences or simultaneous sessions?
Yes. We can scale the crew for multi-day events, multiple rooms and parallel sessions. Send us the agenda or production schedule so we can recommend the correct number of photographers, videographers and audio setups.
6. Do you work outside Tbilisi?
Yes. Artmakers Studio is based in Tbilisi and covers corporate events throughout Georgia, including Batumi, Kutaisi, Kakheti and Kazbegi. Travel requirements will be stated clearly in the quote.
7. Can you provide a contract and invoice?
Yes. We work with companies and organizations and can provide a contract, invoice and supporting business documentation. Corporate payment by bank transfer is available.
8. How do you protect our photographs and footage?
We plan backup equipment for the assignment, use dual-card recording where appropriate and back up captured files after the event. Tell us in advance if your organization has specific confidentiality, retention or transfer requirements.
9. Can you work with our communications agency or international headquarters?
Yes. We regularly coordinate in English and can work directly with a local organizer, production agency or an international communications team. We can follow brand guidelines, shot lists, publishing deadlines and approval requirements supplied before the event.
10. What information do you need for a quote?
Please send the date, city or venue, event type, start and finish times, approximate number of guests, required photography or video deliverables, and any same-day deadline. An agenda, reference video or agency brief is also helpful.
