2:35 – 2:45 PM | Welcome address and recognition of distinguished doctors present
2:45 – 3:05 PM | Keynote speech by invited doctor (20 minutes)
3:05 – 3:08 PM | Student speech – Representative 1 (3 minutes)
3:08 – 3:11 PM | Student speech – Representative 2 (3 minutes)
3:11 – 3:14 PM | Student speech – Representative 3 (3 minutes)
3:14 – 4:15 PM | Presentation of certificates (approx. 60 minutes)
4:15 – 4:25 PM | Oath-taking ceremony
4:25 – 4:35 PM | Vote of thanks and closing remarks by the organizing team rep
4:35 – 4:45 PM | Cake-cutting ceremony and official group photo session
4:45 PM | LIVESTREAM ENDS
