I’m not sure if people will see this, but the majority of these reviews are fake. They offer a promotion where they say that if you write a positive review, you’ll receive a free printed photo. That’s why there are so many good reviews. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service. We hired them for our TSU graduation, and I’ll tell you from the beginning. First, we had the pregraduation photoshoot, which went okay, but it was clear they were showing favouritism to some students (mainly Arabs). Overall, though, that experience was okay. On graduation day, there were two photographers; one for family photos and one for individual photos. While I was waiting in line for my individual photo, I noticed they were allowing people to take photos with their family members in the individual photo designated area. So I called my family over so we could take one too because the background was much nicer. When I asked if my family could join, they refused and said they were running out of time and that it wasn’t possible. Mind you, the person they allowed to take family photos spent at least 10 minutes taking photos with multiple family members. Secondly, they provided a livestream but messed up many people’s walking videos. It was really upsetting because many family members who were looking forward to watching the graduation but couldn’t attend in person were unable to experience it properly because they didn’t do a good job. We have now received our photos, the graduation highlights video, and the livestream. The entire class is extremely upset and disappointed with the graduation highlight. We really didn’t expect this. It was a rushed job and clearly no effort was put in. They only featured one student (the self-elected president whom no one voted for). They didn’t show any of the other students. I would understand if they had featured the valedictorian, but no one else was shown. Instead, they focused on one student who was completely undeserving. My advice is to choose another company and not use this company for your graduation. I hope more people start telling the truth and don’t make the same mistake that the TSU 2026 class did.
